Kunlin Tsai

Born in Qing Shui, Taiwan in 1930. After graduated from Taizhong First High School, he was arrested and served a sentence of ten years’ imprisonment at Green Island as a political prisoner. Released from prison, he entered and studied at Tamkang College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Then started juvenile magazine “Prince” in 1966 and woman’s magazine “Nong-Nong” in 1984. Also worked as Editor in Chief of Encyclopedia Colorama and Vice Chairman of Kuohua Advertising Company.
